Much has changed in the English language since Shakespeare was around! A lot has changed in the web page world in the last 30 years too. This is a fun app that uses JavaScript to generate insults using vocabulary pulled from multiple Shakespearean works.
2010 Design
This is one of our original designs which is certainly not responsive. It was created early in the development phase of some of our web classes.
At some level, we'd like to hide this version in shame since it is so horrible, but part of our motivaton at TNT-Sandbox is to show how code (and designs) evolve, and now you have ample means to insult us on our delinquent design skills!
2022 Design
A fine Bootstrap 5 design worthy of classic admiration. No doubt William Shakespeare himself would be impressed with the beauty of this insult generator!
It's responsive and also generates links to the insult words in dictionary.com so you can learn what's been said about you!
